Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is made up of the chair persons of all other ICC committees. The responsibilities of the Executive Committee are sustainability and oversight of ICC as a whole.
Outreach Committee
The Outreach Committee is responsible for recruiting, creating a unitified front for national service, website updates, and receiving comments, questions, and grievances from ICC members.

Personal Network Committee
The Personal Network Committee is responsible for personal resource sharing, social activities, and updates of the resource website, database, and ICC Member Forum.

Professional Network Committee
The Professional Network Committee is responsible for facilitating program collaboration, maintaining a program directory, offering skill, leadership, and professional development, and maintaining job opportunities.

Service Committee
The Service Committee is responsible for ICC's participation in national service days, the Life After AmeriCorps Conference, and maintaining volunteer opportunity postings.
Senior Advisory Board
The function of the Senior Advisory Board (SAB) is to provide guidance to InterCorps Council Colorado members. The initial tasks of the Senior Advisory Board will be to make committee appointments and to be part of periodic meetings with ICC members.
